Implement these six powerful productivity tools to improve your system, speed up workflow, & save time to concentrate on areas where you bring the most value. I have only recommended tools that I believe offer the most value to small businesses.

Workflowy – I use it to write down goals and to organise my schedule for the week. It’s a surprisingly powerful way to take notes, make lists, collaborate, brainstorm, plan, and more. Sign up for a free program today.

Evernote – A free productivity app that keeps my projects, ideas, and inspiration handy across all digital devices. It also integrates well with Workflowy.

Dropbox – This is another excellent free piece of software. Yes, there’s an option to sign for two premium versions, but in all likelihood, you won’t need it. It is one of the essential tools I use to run my businesses, and it allows me to access my work almost anywhere (that has a wifi/4G connection).

Trello – I use Trello every day. It’s my go-to app and because everything updates in real time I have access to my work on the go! I use it to manage multiple projects, track my progress and communicate with clients. Sign up and get a free Trello account today.

Rescue Time – Thanks to this great little piece of software I no longer need to spend 10 hours per day working on projects, because I now understand when I am the most productive and can get a lot more done in as little as 6 – 8 hours each. It’s also FREE.

1Password – I’m forever losing passwords or having to remember something from a lifetime ago. With 1Password, I only have to remember a single secure master password to log into all my accounts. It saves a lot of headaches and 1Password is available for Windows, IOS, and Android.

That’s six great tools to get you started. I hope you find at least one of these helpful in your business.
