Martin is a qualified business and performance coach with many years of executive coaching experience. To enable teams and individuals to get the best out of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Martin offers guided coaching as it is the best approach in his experience.
Guided coaching is all about experiential learning as it challenges participants to learn through experience. It encourages the coachee to think for themselves and experiments; keys to learning and social selling success, particularly on LinkedIn.
Businesses can use coaching hours as an add-on to social selling webinars and workshops or use it as stand-alone targeted support.
How Does Guided Coaching with Martin Work?
All coaching sessions are 1-2-1 with Martin. Currently coaching is offered in 10, 20 and 30 Hour blocks. After each session, individuals will have a custom written action plan of things that they have agreed to be doing every day, until the next session. These sessions will be truly transformational for the coachee.
Before your 2nd session with Martin, you will review the previous week’s action steps and discuss achievements since the last session. Between sessions, individuals will take action as agreed.
